Basketball Recap: Phillipsburg Takes a Loss

Phillipsburg lost against Easton Area back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Phillipsburg Stateliners were dealt a 56-23 defeat at the hands of the Easton Area Rovers. The Stateliners have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Phillipsburg's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Easton Area, they pushed their record up to 8-3 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

Phillipsburg will take on Mount St. Mary Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Easton Area, they will challenge Northampton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
