Basketball Game Preview: East Hall Vikings vs. Cherokee Bluff Bears

East Hall is 2-8 against Cherokee Bluff since January of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The East Hall Vikings will take on the Cherokee Bluff Bears at 7:30 p.m. East Hall has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

On Wednesday, everything came up roses for East Hall against Monroe Area as the squad secured an 80-41 win. The Vikings have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won nine matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Cherokee Bluff strolled past Jefferson with points to spare on Wednesday, taking the game 77-58. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bears.

East Hall has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 22-4 record this season. As for Cherokee Bluff, their victory bumped their record up to 23-4.

East Hall beat Cherokee Bluff 80-73 in their previous meeting two weeks ago. Will East Hall repeat their success, or does Cherokee Bluff have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
