Volleyball Game Preview: Folsom Bulldogs vs. Archbishop Mitty Monarchs + Official Tickets

The Folsom Bulldogs will venture away from home to square off against the Archbishop Mitty Monarchs at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a 11-game winning streak alive.

Folsom is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Marin Catholic, sneaking past 3-2.

If you add up the scores from across all five sets (106-105) Folsom actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-22, 20-25, 20-25, 15-13.

Khloe Wong went supernova, getting 30 digs and three aces. That's the most digs she has posted since back in October of 2024.

Wong wasn't the only good servers: Folsom was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least ten aces in three consecutive matches.

Meanwhile, Archbishop Mitty made easy work of Redwood on Wednesday and carried off a 3-0 win.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-16, 25-11.

Folsom's record now sits at 34-9. As for Archbishop Mitty, their record is now 32-3.
