Football Recap: Hamilton Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road + How To Watch

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Hamilton can now relate to. They came up short against the Billings Central Catholic Rams on Friday, falling 27-7. Having soared to a lofty 46 points in the game before, the Broncs couldn't push the score so high this time.

Cooper Weston threw for 110 yards and one touchdown. Jackson Lubke was his top target, picking up 57 receiving yards. On the ground, Jude Widmer rushed for 29 yards.

A big part of Billings Central Catholic's win came down to the chemistry between Howie Martin and his top target William Snell. Martin threw for 168 yards and a pair of TDs while Snell picked up 105 receiving yards and two scores. What's more, Martin racked up 27 rushing yards, the most he's had since back in September.

Hamilton's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-2. As for Billings Central Catholic, their victory bumped their record up to 10-0.

Hamilton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Billings Central Catholic, they will challenge East Helena at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Vigilantes' defense has only allowed 14.4 points per game this season, so the Rams' offense will have their work cut out for them.
