Football Recap: Brawley Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Brawley extended their losing streak (dating back to last season) to four on Friday, dropping them down to 0-3. They fell 27-14 to the Mission Bay Buccaneers. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Buccaneers apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

As for Mission Bay, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0. That's two games straight that they have won by exactly 13 points.

Trey Arnold had a dynamite game, throwing for 205 yards and four touchdowns. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last four times he's played.

Brawley has already played their next contest, a 28-7 defeat against St. Augustine on the 12th. As for Mission Bay, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 29-20 victory against University City on the 12th.
