Volleyball Recap: Loyola Academy Comes Up Short

Loyola Academy was the 2-0 winner over Warren Township when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Ramblers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blue Devils on Monday. The Ramblers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Loyola Academy was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-22.

Loyola Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 19-14. As for Warren Township, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 14-20.

Loyola Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Benet Academy on the 22nd. As for Warren Township, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Libertyville on the 22nd.
