Hackberry had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Friday. They claimed a resounding 62-7 victory over the South Cameron Tarpons. The Mustangs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Hackberry's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 24-14. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.7 points over those games. As for South Cameron, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-16.
