 Roma's win  ended  a  three-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 8-12-1. As for Martin, they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 1-11.
 Roma will look to defend their home field  on Friday against Rio Grande City at 6:00  p.m. One thing working in Rio Grande City's favor is that they have posted big  run totals  in their last four matchups. As for Martin, they will head out on the road to  square off against  Mission Veterans Memorial at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. Mission Veterans Memorial is coming into the  contest with three straight  defeats at home,  meaning Martin will have to defend against a  team hungry for a  victory.
