Basketball Recap: Bethany Comes Up Short

After flying high against Clinton on Thursday, Bethany came back down to earth. The Bethany Bronchos fell just short of the Deer Creek Antlers by a score of 50-47 on Friday. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Bronchos have suffered since December 9, 2023.

Bethany now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Deer Creek, the win got them back to even at 2-2.

Bethany didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 54-25 victory against Cimarron on the 14th. As for Deer Creek, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 48-46 win against Kingfisher on the 14th.
