Mapleton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the South Central Trojans and fell 93-65. On the bright side, the 65- point effort marked the Mounties' highest-scoring game to date.

Mapleton's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for South Central, their victory bumped their record up to 6-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Mapleton will venture away from home to face off against Edison at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Central, they will head out to square off against New London at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
