Softball Recap: St. Michael Catholic Cardinals vs. UMS-Wright Prep Bulldogs
St. Michael Catholic was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They came up short against the UMS-Wright Prep Bulldogs, falling 20-1. The Cardinals were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bulldogs earlier this season, when they won 11-1.
St. Michael Catholic saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Mary Michael Blackmon, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-1.
