Volleyball Recap: Covenant Classical Takes a Loss

Covenant Classical's tournament run continued when they took on Comanche on Friday. The Cavaliers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians. The Cavaliers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Covenant Classical's defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Comanche, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 9-1.

Covenant Classical will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Grace Prep at 7:00 p.m. on September 11. As for Comanche, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Non Varsity Opponent on the 22nd.
