Recap: School of the Ozarks Patriots vs. Bradleyville Eagles
The School of the Ozarks Patriots can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent match on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 62-31 victory over Bradleyville at home. Winning may never get old, but School of the Ozarks sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
School of the Ozarks' victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Caleb Widner, who scored 13 points along with six assists. Another player making a difference was Shadrach Thompson, who scored nine points along with three steals.
School of the Ozarks has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. As for Bradleyville, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-15.
School of the Ozarks will stay at home for another game and welcome New Covenant Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 30th. New Covenant Academy will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Missouri Rankings (they are ranked 464th, while School of the Ozarks is ranked 225th). As for Bradleyville, they will head out on the road to challenge Houston at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
