Baseball Recap: Five Straight Home Victories for Meadow Heights

There's no place like home for Meadow Heights, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Monday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Oak Ridge Blue Jays a 6-0 shutout on Tuesday. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Blue Jays recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

The result came thanks to Eli Frazier's shutout, as he gave up just six hits and racked up six Ks.

On the hitting side, Meadow Heights saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Trae Yamnitz, who went 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double. Those two RBI gave Yamnitz a new career-high. Another was Hayes Miller, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3.
