Softball Recap: Pasco Comes Up Short

Pasco was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They lost 15-2 to the Chiawana Riverhawks. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Riverhawks this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-0 last Tuesday.

Pasco's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Chiawana, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Pasco is set to challenge their familiar foe Walla Walla at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Chiawana will square off against rival Hermiston at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
