Cara Copous put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in March on Thursday. She struck out ten batters over seven innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and only one walk), good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.
