The Paraclete Spirits will head out to square off against the South Pasadena Tigers at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Paraclete will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
Paraclete barely beat Windward the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Spirits blew past the Wildcats 12-5 on Wednesday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Spirits considering their two-run performance the match before.

Meanwhile, it may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but South Pasadena ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Temple City, sneaking past 3-2. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Tigers as it put an end to their four-game losing streak.
Jon Bracamonte made a splash no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over 4.2 innings pitched. He also tossed no walks, which is notable because South Pasadena is 2-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 5-15 otherwise. Bracamonte was also big at the plate, getting on base in three of his five plate appearances with one run and one double.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Aaron Kawasaki, who went 3-for-4 with two doubles and one run.
Paraclete pushed their record up to 11-13 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.5 runs over those games. As for South Pasadena, their record now sits at 7-16.
