Basketball Recap: Hamilton Takes a Loss

Hamilton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They fell 34-25 to the Trenton Central Tornadoes. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Hornets of the 45-44 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in December of 2023.

Hamilton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Trenton Central, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hamilton and Montgomery will compete for holiday cheer at 9:30 a.m. on Monday. Trenton Central and Kennedy will round out the year against one another at at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday.
