Roanoke Rapids' loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Wake Prep Academy, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-3-1.

While Roanoke Rapids had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
