Basketball Game Preview: J.F. Webb Warriors vs. Louisburg Warriors

J.F. Webb is 8-2 against Louisburg since February of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The J.F. Webb Warriors will face off against the Louisburg Warriors at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

J.F. Webb will bounce into Tuesday's matchup after beating Durham School of the Arts, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. J.F. Webb snuck past Durham School of the Arts with a 42-36 victory on Friday.

J.F. Webb got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Jasey Lee out in front who dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. Lee is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down ten or more in the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Sajohnna Alston, who went 8 of 16 en route to 17 points.

Meanwhile, Louisburg didn't have too much breathing room in their game against The Burlington School on Monday, but they still walked away with a 53-49 victory.

J.F. Webb's record is now 7-4-1. As for Louisburg, their record is now 9-6.

J.F. Webb was taken down by Louisburg 68-37 in their previous meeting back in December of 2024. Can J.F. Webb avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
