Volleyball Recap: Academy at Palumbo's Undefeated Season over After Eight Games

Academy at Palumbo lost against Archbishop Ryan back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Griffin fell just short of the Raiders and Ragdolls by a score of 3-2. The loss was the Griffin's first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Academy at Palumbo fell to 7-1. As for Archbishop Ryan, they now have a winning record of 5-4-1.

Coincidentally, Academy at Palumbo and Archbishop Ryan will both be playing George Washington the next time they take the court. The Griffin will head out to face the Eagles at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Raiders and Ragdolls will host them at 5:00 p.m. on October 1.
