Softball Recap: Franklin Learning Center Takes a Loss

Franklin Learning Center was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 10-2 to String Theory, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bobcats of the 11-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2024.

Franklin Learning Center's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for String Theory, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-4.

Looking ahead, Franklin Learning Center will take on Samuel Fels at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. The Panthers will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each contest than the last. As for String Theory, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Central at 3:15 p.m. on Monday.
