Volleyball Recap: Stall Comes Up Short

Stall lost against Ashley Ridge back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Warriors came up short against the Swamp Foxes, falling 3-0.

Stall took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-4, 25-7, 25-18.

Ashley Ridge found their leader in sophomore Lily Godsave, who had four aces and three digs. Zacari Hughes also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.

Stall's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Ashley Ridge, they pushed their record up to 5-12 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.

Stall wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against West Ashley on the 18th. As for Ashley Ridge, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Summerville on the 18th.
