Basketball Recap: Winslow Has No Trouble Against Mount View

Winslow won the last time they faced Mount View and things went their way on Thursday too. Everything went the Winslow Black Raiders' way against the Mount View Mustangs as the Winslow Black Raiders made off with a 66-45 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Black Raiders have posted against the Mustangs since January 30, 2023.

Winslow's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.7 points per game. As for Mount View, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Winslow will square off against Waterville at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. Waterville has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Mount View, they will face off against Belfast at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
