Morning Star Academy put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Galesburg Christian Lions. That's more bragging rights for the Mustangs, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Kaitlyn Amman paced Morning Star Academy's offense, picking up seven kills. Amman got some help from Maddie Bohonek and her nine assists. Amman was also solid from the service line: she led the team with seven aces.

Morning Star Academy's victory bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Galesburg Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-4-1 record this season.
