Volleyball Recap: Delta's Win Ends Four-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Delta won the last time they faced Providence Hall and things went their way on Thursday too. The Rabbits put the hurt on the Patriots with a sharp 3-0 win.

Delta never let Providence Hall on the board, but things got pretty close in the third set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-16, 25-22.

Tayden King paced Delta's offense, picking up 15 kills. King got some help from Kambri Mecham and her 29 assists. Keelie Turner controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Delta's victory ended a four-match drought on the road and puts them at 14-5. As for Providence Hall, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-6.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Delta will take on rival Juab at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Providence Hall is set to challenge their familiar foe Canyon View at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
