Baseball Recap: East Lee County Comes Up Short

East Lee County came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 14-2 to the South Fort Myers Wolfpack. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Jaguars of the 4-3 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2025.

East Lee County's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for South Fort Myers, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-8-1.

Coming up, East Lee County will take on Lehigh at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Fort Myers, they will challenge North Port at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
