Baseball Recap: Page Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Page's offense. They fell 3-0 to the Independence Eagles on Tuesday. The loss continues a trend for the Patriots in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost three in a row.

Page's defeat dropped their record down to 17-11. As for Independence, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-10 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Independence beat Page by a score of 3-0 on Wednesday.
