Mohawk's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Colonel Crawford on Saturday. The Mohawk Warriors took their match with ease, bagging a 56-24 win over the Lucas Cubs. The Warriors have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six games by 26 points or more this season.

When it comes to explaining why Lucas lost, don't look at Hayden Maloney. Despite the final result, he posted six points and 12 rebounds. Maloney has been hot recently, having posted eight or more boards the last three times he's played. Cooper Day was another key player, putting up eight points.

Mohawk's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-1. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 34.7 points. As for Lucas, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-12.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mohawk will square off against Ridgemont at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
