Football Recap: Lancaster Baptist Piles Up the Points Against Milken

While Lancaster Baptist put up plenty of points on Thursday, the same can't be said for Milken. The Eagles claimed a resounding 37-0 victory over the Wildcats. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won three matchups by 20 points or more so far this season.

Lancaster Baptist didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Camden Mordh and Peyton Langley. Langley got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Lancaster Baptist's win bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Milken, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Lancaster Baptist and Milken will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Eagles see the field they'll take on Lone Pine at 7:00 p.m. on October 3. As for Milken, their break will end when they face Santa Clarita Christian at 6:00 p.m. on October 23.
