Volleyball Recap: Georgia Cornelius' Big Game Can't Quite Lead Christian Fellowship over Wright City

Christian Fellowship was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Wright City Wildcats, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-12, 25-13.

Christian Fellowship lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Georgia Cornelius, who had eight digs and four aces.

Christian Fellowship's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Wright City, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-2-1.

Christian Fellowship has already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Columbia Independent on the 7th. As for Wright City, they will venture away from home to challenge Warrenton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
