Indianapolis Lutheran gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 7-2 margin over the Trinity Lutheran Cougars. It was an even better day for Tanner Mitchell as he scored three goals for his team.

This is the second loss in a row for Trinity Lutheran and nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Indianapolis Lutheran will challenge Knightstown at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Trinity Lutheran, they will square off against Rising Sun at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
