Recap: Freeman Scotties vs. Colville Crimson Hawks

The Freeman Scotties won the last time they faced the Colville Crimson Hawks, and things went their way on Friday too. Freeman simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Colville 59-8 on the road. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Freeman has managed all season.

Colton Wells was his usual excellent self, scoring 19 points. The contest was his sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Caleb Grant, who scored 11 points.

Freeman pushed their record up to 5-2 with that victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.7 points per game. As for Colville, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-5.

Freeman will be home for the holidays to greet Liberty at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Colville won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Okanogan at 5:00 p.m. on December 16th. Okanogan presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Colville in Washington (Okanogan is ranked 155th, while Colville is ranked 323rd).
