Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Westview walked away with it. They walked away with a 4-1 victory over the Lakeland Lakers on Monday. The win was nothing new for the Warriors as they're now sitting on three straight.

The team relied heavily on Maverick Deveau, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with two RBI and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaxon Miller, who went 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Westview's victory bumped their record up to 14-11. As for Lakeland, the loss snapped their winning streak at ten games and leaves them with a 25-5 record.

As of now, neither Westview nor the Lakers have any future games scheduled.
