Softball Recap: Perry Takes a Loss

Perry fell victim to Ridgedale and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 17-0 to the Rockets. The Commodores haven't had much luck with the Rockets recently, as the team has come up short the last seven times they've met.

Perry saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sariah Robinson, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base. Brooklynn Keysor also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Perry's record is now 0-14. As for Ridgedale, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-12.

Coming up, Perry will take on Jackson Center at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Ridgedale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
