Cooperstown put another one in the bag on Thursday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Hamilton Emerald Knights with a sharp 75-54 victory. The Hawkeyes have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 16 matchups by 20 points or more this season.

Cooperstown's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Miles Nelen led the charge by going 9-for-18 to rack up 23 points and eight assists. The game was Nelen's sixth in a row with at least 17 points. Another player making a difference was Christian Lawson, who went 6-for-8 on his way to 16 points in addition to eight assists and six rebounds.

Cooperstown smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 35 consecutive contests dating back to last season.

Cooperstown's win was their ninth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-0. As for Hamilton, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-4.
