Football Recap: Berea Comes Up Short on the Road Against Landrum

Berea kicked off their season on the road on Friday and hit a couple of potholes. They took a blow against the Landrum Cardinals, falling 39-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 46-6 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Braylon Revis was the offensive standout of the matchup as he rushed for 74 yards on only nine carries, and also picked up 54 receiving yards.

Landrum has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Berea will look to defend their home field on Friday against Carolina Academy at 7:30 p.m. As for Landrum, they will venture away from home to challenge Ware Shoals at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
