Bennington won the last time they faced Ell-Saline and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Cardinals by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

While Bennington won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-18.

Jordan Bartlett paced Bennington's offense, picking up 14 kills. Bartlett got some help from Marley Rodenbeek and her 15 assists. Bartlett was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Bennington's record now sits at 12-4. As for Ell-Saline, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-8 record this season.

Bennington wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Sylvan-Lucas on the 20th. As for Ell-Saline, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Rock Hills on the 20th.
