Baseball Recap: New Hope-Solebury Has No Trouble Against Solebury

New Hope-Solebury won the last time they faced Solebury and things went their way on Friday too. The Lions were the clear victors by a 16-5 margin over the Spartans. Considering the Lions have won six matches by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

New Hope-Solebury let Sam Morrin and Blake McCagg run wild. Morrin went 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and one stolen base, while McCagg went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. McCagg is becoming a predictor of New Hope-Solebury's success: when he posts at least two stolen bases the team is 3-1 (and 5-11 when he doesn't). Dillon DeMeo also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.
