Tamarac entered their tilt with Berlin/New Lebanon on Monday with nine consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with ten. They never let the Mountain Lions get on the board and left with a 16-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bengals also won the last time the pair played back in May of 2024.

Toni DeLorenzo made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 15 over five innings pitched. She has been consistent for a while: she hasn't given up more than two walks in nine consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.

In other batting news, Tamarac got a massive performance out of Kenlyn Ferris, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Those two doubles gave Ferris a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Addison Ferris, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, two RBI, and one double.

Tamarac always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .613. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Berlin/New Lebanon only posted an OBP of .118.

Tamarac's win was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-2. As for Berlin/New Lebanon, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tamarac will face off against Mechanicville at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bengals will need to watch out since the Red Raiders have now posted at least ten runs in their last three games. As for Berlin/New Lebanon, they will take on Waterford-Halfmoon at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
