Soccer Game Recap: Grass Lake vs. Hanover-Horton

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Manchester, Grass Lake was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Hanover-Horton Comets a 1-0 shutout. Grass Lake haven't had any issues with Hanover-Horton recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Grass Lake's victory was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-4. As for Hanover-Horton, they now have a losing record of 1-2-1.

Coincidentally, Grass Lake and Hanover-Horton will both be playing Leslie the next time they take the pitch. The Warriors will head out to face the Blackhawks at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, while the Comets will head out to face them at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
