Preview: West Hills Wolf Pack vs. La Jolla Country Day Torreys
The West Hills Wolf Pack will look to defend their home field on Friday against the La Jolla Country Day Torreys at 7:00 p.m. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
West Hills owes their defense a big pat on the back after their performance two weeks ago. They enjoyed a cozy 14-0 victory over Santana. The victory was just what West Hills needed coming off of a 49-7 defeat in their prior match.

Meanwhile, it can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but La Jolla Country Day had no problem doing just that on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Morse 36-8 at home. Considering La Jolla Country Day has won six matches by more than 19 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Jaden Mangini was his usual excellent self, rushing for 151 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries, while also throwing for 161 yards and two touchdowns. Mangini was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 62 yards.
West Hills' victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for La Jolla Country Day, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 8-3.
