It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Dixon had no problem doing just that on Monday. They won by a goal and slipped past the Hunt Warriors 1-0. Dixon's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last five contests.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Tiana Greene, who's now up to two this season.

Dixon pushed their record up to 18-2-1 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up three goals over those ten games. As for Hunt, they moved to 18-3-3 with that defeat, which also ended their ten-game winning streak.

Coming up, Dixon will square off against Union Pines at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Union Pines will roll in looking for their 14th straight victory, something Dixon surely won't give up without a fight. Hunt does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
