Bob Hope won the last time they faced Hull-Daisetta and things went their way on Friday too. The Bob Hope Eagles were the clear victor by a 12-3 margin over the Hull-Daisetta Bobcats. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

Jorge Ramirez and Federico Chapa did most of the damage at the plate: Ramirez scored two runs and stole three bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances, while Chapa scored two runs and stole six bases while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Brian Ford, who scored a run and stole two bases while getting on base in all three of his plate appearances.

Bob Hope always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .714. The last time their OBP was this high was since the start of last season.

Bob Hope now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Hull-Daisetta, their defeat was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-3.
