Basketball Recap: University School of Nashville Tigers vs. Columbia Academy Bulldogs
The University School of Nashville Tigers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Thursday after their fourth straight defeat. They took a serious blow against Columbia Academy, falling 64-37. University School of Nashville was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-14.
Columbia Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Gabe Davenport, who scored 16 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Another player making a difference was Jeremy Jackson, who scored nine points along with eight rebounds and two blocks.
University School of Nashville's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-15. As for Columbia Academy, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 20-4.
University School of Nashville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Columbia Academy also has no future games currently scheduled.
