Garcia Made His Presence Known in Ventura's 36-35 Win
Derek Garcia was a major factor in Ventura's win over Moorpark on Friday. Garcia did his part (and then some), throwing for 215 yards and three touchdowns, while also punching in a rushing score for the 'W'.

Caden Pugh Delivers Best Effort of Season
Sadly, Caden Pugh posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Royal over Buena on Thursday. Pugh rushed for 127 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.5 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Royal is on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5. Pugh and Royal will square off against Ventura at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
