Covington had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Monday. They blew past the Bradford Railroaders 3-0. The Buccs have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Railroaders, too.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-19, 25-15.

Among those leading the charge was Ramse Vanderhorst, who had nine digs and three assists. Nadia Ramierez also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

Covington's record now sits at 16-4. As for Bradford, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 6-16.

Covington wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Riverside on the 7th. As for Bradford, after both having extra time off, they and Fort Loramie will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:30 p.m. on the 16th.
