Volleyball Recap: Garfield Takes a Loss

Garfield was the 2-0 winner over Secaucus when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Boilermakers fell just short of the Patriots by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. The Boilermakers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Garfield's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Secaucus, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-4.

Coming up, Garfield will face off against St. Mary at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Secaucus, they will head out to face off against Elmwood Park at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Patriots are facing the Crusaders at the right time seeing as the Crusaders are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
