Softball Recap: Dublin Wins Going Away Against Seymour

It was a proper cat-fight when Dublin duked it out with Seymour on Friday. The Dublin Lions blew past the Seymour Panthers 17-2.

The team relied heavily on Adriana Stewart, who fired off three triples, two stolen bases, and three runs while going 4-for-4. Those three triples gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Olivia Salyer, who scored three runs while going 2-for-3.

Dublin now has a winning record of 2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Dublin will venture away from home to face off against Winters at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Seymour, they will head out to take on Nocona at 1:00 p.m. on Monday.
