Soccer Recap: Carlisle Finishes Even with Elizabethtown

For the first time since back in September, Carlisle was forced to settle for a draw on Saturday. Neither they nor the Elizabethtown Bears could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Carlisle's draw makes their record 3-9-3 this season. As for Elizabethtown, they moved theirs to 2-11-1.

Carlisle and Elizabethtown could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Pennsylvania Rankings. The Thundering Herd will face off against Chambersburg at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday with a big rank disadvantage (311 vs. 68). Meanwhile, Elizabethtown (ranked 423rd) will meet Cedar Crest (ranked 137th) at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
